Minimally discoloured. Slight bumping to the edges. Three retouched tears on the left margin. Verso slightly discoloured as well as remains of an old mounting. Otherwise in good condition.
The work is one half of the cover for the publication by Fernand Mourlot "Picasso Lithographe II" published by André Sauret in 1950. The other half of the cover shows the child portrait "Paloma". Paloma (born 1949) and Claude (1947-2023) are the children of Picasso and Francoise Gilot. From an edition of 2000 unnumbered copies.
